LOS ANGELES, CA - Russell Westbrook with 37 points wasn't enough as Kevin Durant scored 31 points, and Devin Booker with 30 points as the Suns beat the Clippers 112-100 to take a 3-1 lead in the series.

Norman Powell scored 14 points, and Terance Mann with 13 points off the bench for the Clippers. Chris Paul had 19 points, 14 in the fourth quarter, and DeAndre Ayton with 15 points for the Suns.

The lack of scoring from the power forwards Nicolas Batum 1 of 8 in the series, and Marcus Morris Sr., who hasn't played since March 25, and Robert Covington has had a negative impact on the series, and the Clippers head coach Tyronn Lue will have to work some magic to get some productions from them in Game 5.

The Clippers are playing hard without Kawhi Leonard and Paul George both out with sprained knees, but have given up double-digit leads in the series, with costly turnovers that have cost them games down the stretch.

"Our margin for error is very slim, and so we can't turn the ball over eight times in one quarter," Clippers head coach Tyronn Lue said. "We can't give up offensive rebounds. We can't do things like that, especially when you're short-handed."

Russell Westbrook tied the game 2-2 with his back-hand layup. Kevin Durant's bank shot gave the Suns a 7-4 lead. The Suns led 16-9 with a three-pointer by Devin Booker, and the Clippers called a timeout.

After the timeout, Westbrook drove to the basket for a layup, followed by Ivica Zubac's layup, and the Clippers now trail 16-13. The Clippers led 21-19 with a three-pointer by Westbrook. Booker would tie the game 21-21 with a jump shot

Terance Mann blocked Durant's shot and passed the ball to Mason Plumlee for a lob dunk that gave the Clippers a 25-21 lead that had the fans going crazy. The Clippers led at the end of the first quarter 30-23.

Plumlee's tip-in basket gave the Clippers a 36-29 lead. Phoenix trail 36-34 with a dunk by DeAndre Ayton. Durant tied the game 40-40 with a jump shot.

Powell would nail a three-pointer as the Clippers trailed at halftime 48-47. Westbrook led the Clippers in scoring at halftime with 13 points, Powell with 10 points.

Durant was the leading scorer for the Suns with 14 points, Booker with 13 points, and Ayton with 11 points.

The Clippers would lead in the third quarter 58-50 with a driving layup by Powell. Durant would make a three-pointer in front of his bench to give the Suns a 68-66 lead, forcing the Clippers to call a timeout.

Bones Hyland would knock down a jump shot at the top of the key to have the Clippers trailing 79-75. The Clippers were down 83-78 at the end of the third quarter.

The Clippers trail in the fourth quarter 93-89 after a jump shot by Chris Paul. Westbrook would make a three-pointer keeping the Clippers close while trailing 100-96. Paul would knock down a three-pointer to give the Suns a 107-96 lead.

Phoenix would close out the game with two free throws by Booker to end the game 112-100 and will head home and try to close out the series on Tuesday Night.
