LOS ANGELES, CA - The play of Ivica Zubac at center with 19 points and 16 rebounds, and off the bench Terrance Mann with 17 points and Eric Gordan with 16 points helped the Los Angeles Clippers (37-33) beat the Golden State Warriors (36-34) at the Crypto.com Arena 134-126.

The Clippers were able to outlast the Warriors with Stephen Curry scoring 50 points and Jordan Poole with 19 points, Kawhi Leonard scoring 30 points, Paul George with 24 points, and Russell Westbrook with 15 points and no turnovers.

The Clippers have won four straight games, and staying with a bigger lineup against the Warriors dominated the paint with 16 offensive rebounds instead of going small-ball was a great decision by their head coach Tyronne Lue.

"We didn't get stagnant. We executed our shots," Clippers coach Tyronn Lue said. "When a guy like that (Curry) explodes, we stayed with the game plan. I thought our offense really carried us."

The Warriors took a 6-0 lead in the first quarter with a layup by Stephen Curry, and Clippers head coach Tyronne Lue called a time-out. Paul George would make a three-pointer, and the Clippers now trail 8-6.

Leonard would make a two-handed dunk from the left side of the basket that tied the game 8-8. Russell Westbrook drove to the basket for a layup to give the Clippers a 10-8 lead.

The Warriors regained the lead 11-10 with a three-pointer by Klay Thompson. Terrance Mann went back door for a dunk and gave the Clippers an 18-17 lead. Curry would make a three-point shot to tie the game 20-20.

Golden State regained the lead, 32-31, with a three-pointer by Draymond Green. George stole the ball and threw a behind-the-back pass to Plumlee for a layup giving the Clippers a 41-38 lead. Golden State trail 45-44 with a layup by Jordan Poole.

Ivica Zubac's basket in the paint gave the Clippers a 50-46 with 3:10 left in the first half. Leonard would get a pass from George for a dunk making the score 54-46, forcing Golden State to call a time-out.

Marcus Morris Sr. would make a jump shot from the top of the key to give The Clippers a 56-48 lead. The Warriors trailed by one point, 59-58, with a free throw by Green. The Clippers led at halftime 61-58 with a layup by Westbrook.

Kawhi led the Clippers in scoring in the first half with 17 points and George with 14 points. Curry led Golden State in scoring with 20 points, and Poole and Klay Thompson both with 11 points.

Golden State would take the lead in the third quarter, 68-64, with a three-pointer by Donte DiVincenzo. The Clippers would go up 77-70 with a pull-up jump shot by Eric Gordan. You know the Warriors were going to make late runs, and tonight was nothing different.

"You know they are going to make big runs, but we kept our composure, stayed steady, and executed on the offensive end," said Leonard,

Gordon would make a three-point shot, giving the Clippers a 99-93 lead at the end of the third quarter.

Mann's layup in the fourth quarter had the Clippers leading 104-96. Golden State trail 115-106 with a layup by Klay Thompson. The Clippers led 127-119 with a tip-in basket by Zubac.

Mann would score the final points for the Clippers with two free throws in their 134-126 win and fifth place in the Western Conference playoffs standings. The Clippers’ next game will be on Saturday against the Orlando Magic.
