LOS ANGELES, CA - Trayce Thompson was facing a 3-2 count with the bases loaded and two outs in the 12th inning when he drew a walk, and Chris Taylor scored to give the Dodgers a 9-8 walk-off win over Minnesota in extra innings on Monday at Dodger Stadium.

"I'm not looking to just take a pitch right there. If he throws a pitch right down the middle, and I am not aggressive, it's tough to sleep at night," Thompson said. "You have to take your two-strike approach and try to battle anything close. If it's not there. it's not there.

Dodgers pitcher Phil Bickford threw a career-high 48 pitches in three innings to keep the Dodgers alive into the 12th inning.

"When I first went out there, I didn't have the pitches I wanted to make and found a spot to snap out of it and get in the moment," Bickford said. "All that was in the past, and I moved forward."
