LAS VEGAS, NV - The big news in Clippers Nation was that Kawhi Leonard was at the Clippers' training camp in Las Vegas at UNLV.

Leonard has fully recovered from an ACL injury suffered in June 2021 and can't wait to get back on the court at the start of the season.

The other excitement in the NBA and Clippers Nation is the arrival of their new teammate John Wall who hasn't played since April 23, 2021.

Wall has elevated the Clippers' chances of winning the NBA Championship alongside Paul George, Reggie Jackson, Norman Powell, Ivica Zubac, Terrance Mann, Robert Covington, Nicolas Batum, and Leonard.

With so much depth on their rosters, this year's training camp will be intense as the players compete for a starting position and a roster spot.

The Clippers will be in Las Vegas for three days of training camp, and how well Leonard looks on the court will determine how head coach Tyronne Lue and his coaching staff prepare for the upcoming preseason games.

The Clippers will wrap up training camp on Thursday before traveling to Seattle for two preseason games against Maccabi Ra'anana and the Portland Trail Blazers.

The Clippers will open the regular season against the Lakers on Thursday, October 20.
