Antetokounmpo and Lopez helped the Bucks beat the Clippers 119-106

LOS ANGELES, CA - The Milwaukee Bucks, led by Giannis Antetokounmpo with 35 points, and Brook Lopez, 4 of 6 from three-pointer range with 22 points and 15 rebounds have won 10 straight games after beating the Los Angeles Clippers 119-106 at the Crypto.com Arena.

The Clippers were without Kawhi Leonard due to injury management, and Brandon Boston Jr. led them in scoring with 20 points, Paul George with 19 points and 11 rebounds, Norman Powell with 16 points, and Marcus Morris Sr. with 15 points.

The other top scores for the Bucks were Jrue Holiday with 19 points, Jevon Carter with 13 points, and Marjon Beauchamp with 10 points. Both teams took care of the basketball, the Clippers with nine turnovers and the Bucks with eleven turnovers.

"You have a 7-footer that shoots a 3-point shot (Lopez), and if you put a forward on Giannis, he's going to attack the basket, get to the free-throw line, finish at the rim," Clippers coach Tyronn Lue said. "They put you in a tough predicament. That's why they're a good team, and they won a championship a few years ago."

Milwaukee led 3-0 in the first quarter after a three-pointer by Giannis Antetokounmpo. The Clippers would trail 3-2 with a layup by Ivica Zubac. The Clippers would trail the Bucks Milwaukee 8-2 with a layup by Anteetokounmpo and a free throw after being fouled on his shot.

Jrue Holiday would make a jump shot in the paint had the Bucks leading 10-2, and Clippers head coach Tyronne Lue called a time-out with 7:48 left in the quarter.

Milwaukee would lead 14-2 with a three-pointer by Joe Ingles. Back-to-back three-pointers by Marcus Morris Sr.s had the Clippers trailing 16-8.

The Clippers trail by five points, 16-11, with a three-pointer by Paul George, and the Bucks called a time-out. George would make a jump shot to make the score 18-13.

Norman Powell would knock down a three-point shot, and the Clippers now trail 18-16. Jevon Carter would make a three-point shot, and the Bucks were now down 24-22. The Clippers led 27-22 after Powel made three free throws after being fouled on his three-point shot attempt.

The Bucks would regain the lead 29-27 with a three-pointer by Grayson Allen. Amir Coffey made a back-to-back basket that gave the Clippers a 33-31 lead.

Brandon Boston Jr. would go up for a dunk to give the Clippers a 40-32 lead. Milwaukee was trailing 49-47 with a three-pointer by Holliday. The Bucks retook the lead 50-49 with a three-pointer by Lopez. The Clippers trailed 52-51 with a jump shot by Boston Jr. Milwaukee led 54-51 at halftime.

Antetokounmpo and Lopez led the Bucks in scoring, each with 16 points, and Holiday with 12 points. Morris Sr. led the Clippers with 9 points, Coffey and Powell each with 8 points, and George with 7 points.

The Clippers led 55-54 to start the third quarter with a jump shot by Boston Jr. Mann's driving layup would tie the game 57-57. George would make back-to-back three-point shots to give The Clippers a 63-62 lead.

Antetokounmpo, with back-to-back baskets, had Milwaukee leading 73-68, and the Clippers called a time-out. The Clippers trail 81-76 at the end of the third quarter.

Milwaukee would lead 87-78 in the fourth quarter with a three-pointer by Lopez. The Clippers found themselves behind eight points, 92-83, with a three-pointer by Robert Covington.

The Bucks would lead by fourteen points, 99-85, with a dunk by Antetokounmpo. The Clippers were trailing 104-88 after a three-pointer by Milwaukee's Holiday three-point shot.

Boston would score the last basket for the Clippers (31-28) against the Bucks (39-17), with a three-pointer, making the final score 119-106.
